My name is Jasmine, and I am a Registered Clinical Nutritionist. I am so glad you’re here!
I started my business to help you feel your best and to achieve your long-term health goals through natural medicine. Nutritional Therapy is about finding the root cause to your health problems, focusing on how the body is functioning, rather than simply treating your symptoms or the condition or disease. I believe that food is medicine, and that optimum health requires balancing both the body and mind. I do not believe in a one solution fits all approach; every individual is different which is why I create a tailored evidence-based plan unique to you. If you come to me and you are eating all the correct foods but still feel unwell or unable to lose weight I will ask questions and investigate what is driving these issues so I am able to look at the larger health picture and treat you in a unique way.
Good health requires commitment from you and outside support so by working together we will be able to get you to feel like the best version of yourself!
Nutritional Therapy
I use a whole person evidence-based approach when creating my Nutrition plans which include everything from dietary advice, meal plans, recipes, lifestyle tips, and supplement protocols curated to fit your needs.
Dedicated Support
I support you on your journey through bi-weekly or monthly follow up sessions. Through these sessions I am able to give you the motivation, compassion, and accountability you need to find realistic ways for you to achieve your goals and create lasting change.
